The SALEM-malnutrition project is changing the lives of many people in the region around the SALEM village.
The SALEM hospital treats many children whose mothers turn to us for help when the effects of malnutrition are already severe.
Our specially trained health workers educate and support mainly mothers to ensure that the children are well nourished. We also provide assistance in the agricultural sector and support farmers, schools and communities by supplying seeds and plants and providing training.
In recent years, the project has steadily improved with the help of various partners (see ´Partners`).
In the following documents you can find the success stories behind the malnutrition program. For example, children whose lives have been saved at SALEM Kolonyi Hospital or farmers whose income has been greatly increased by our support.
